rbajee currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. All transactions on rbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rbajee does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum deposit on rbajee is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. rbajee reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal requests from verified rbajee accounts are processed as promptly as operationally possible, typically within 5 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). All rbajee account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). rbajee does not support foreign currency accounts. Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their rbajee account dashboard as part of the platform's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is set, reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.

Where no specific terms are stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
rbajee strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using artificial betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting software errors, and colluding with other players. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.
rbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have not yet been credited to an account at the point of termination will not be honoured. This does not affect bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering.
All sports bets placed on rbajee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, rbajee's decision — made with reference to official results from the relevant governing body — is final. rbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or affected by irregular activity.
Live casino games on rbajee are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are determined by the operating studio and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault during a live casino round, the studio's decision regarding settlement is final. rbajee accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnection, server errors, or technical malfunctions during live casino gameplay.

The rbajee platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rbajee makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Planned maintenance windows and unscheduled downtime may occur; rbajee will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
rbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if rbajee has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires rbajee to do so; or (e) the continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to rbajee or other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance may be temporarily restricted. Following the conclusion of the investigation, if no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may close your rbajee account at any time by contacting rbajee support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are governed by Section 8 of these Terms.
rbajee may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rbajee's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through rbajee's internal complaints process, details of which are available from the support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 calendar days of the complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
